May 22, 2010 - Just an FYI to Portlanders everywhere, Chai has moved from Bliss to the Proper Salon in Portland. I just got my hair cut there and, as usual, she did an AMAZING job!! She can always make my curls bouncier by the time I leave. She has an amazing knowledge of curly hair and how to handle it. I would recommend her to ANYONE who is having trouble finding a stylist who understands how to cut and style their curly hair!!!
