Jul 16, 2010 - I got my haircut by a new stylist at Colors today named Joy. She did a great job on my curls. She has been Devachan trained and cut my hair dry. She took the time to listen to what my goals were for my hair and cut my curls with care and precision. I was very happy with the end result! Colors salon cares about their curly girls and the stylists there prove that!
Mar 20, 2010 - I called to make an appointment with Jenn but learned she no longer worked at the salon but was told there was a new stylist named Erica that was very good at cutting curly hair. I am so pleased with my haircut!! Although I was a little nervous since I usually get my haircut dry (and Erica cuts it wet) she reassured me that she would not take too much off (since I'm growing it long) and she would shape it. She gave me an awesome haircut! I got many compliments within hours of leaving the salon. I will definitely return to get my haircut by Erica again! :)
Mar 20, 2010 - I highly recommend Erica at Colors of Cold Spring Harbor if you have curly hair. All you curly girls out there know it's hard to find a good stylist. Erica took the time to explain to me how she was going to shape my hair, while reassuring me she would leave the length (which is really important to me since I am growing it long) I am growing it but still want to have a nice shape throughout the stages. She did an awesome job! I got many compliments on my hair within hours of getting it cut. In addition, I love the Colors salon. The people are always warm and welcoming.
