May 21, 2012 - I found Rick's salon listed here and it was much closer than my current stylist. The reviews were great so I took the plunge. I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly due to a last minute cancellation (Thank you last minute cancellation), so I'm not sure how long the wait usually is. The salon is really cute. It's tucked away a little bit, but the directions from the phone appointment were really good. Rick was quick, friendly, very knowledgeable and he gave me a great cut. I thought he'd have to take off quite a bit of length due to damage. He was able to give me a well-shaped, well-layered cut, though, and left a lot more length than I expected. I got some great styling tips, some recommendations about putting my hair up and left really satisfied. I wish I'd found him sooner.

Nov 13, 2011 - Karen is a gem! I went to her for a Deva cut (my second, my first was at another salon) and she took her time getting to know me and my hair before cutting. She asked a lot of questions and discussed options with me. She did cut it dry and the shape of the cut turned out really well. I've been using the Deva products and talked about my routine and products. She still walked through the three step cleansing/care routine and I think that was very helpful. This is my new stylist. She's definitely a keeper.

Nov 12, 2011 - Karen is a gem! This was my first visit with her and she definitely took her time to get to know me and my hair before cutting. She asked a lot of questions and discussed options with me. The extra time really paid off. This is a much better cut than my previous diva cut at a different salon. She walked through the diva process with me even though I'd been using the products. The recap was helpful and I got a few new tips. This is where I'll be going from now on and I just wish I'd found the salon and her sooner.
