Aug 17, 2009 - I have struggled with my (3B) curly hair since childhood; common story here, I suppose! Finding someone who understands curly hair and can cut it has been a challenge. Usually I end up asking other people with curly hair who their stylist is and that is how I found Mona. We had recently moved to Northern Virginia and I had put up with a stylist, who did NOT understand curly hair, for too long. Two years later, Mona has always taken her time to find out what is working for me and what is not. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I am happy with my hair and it fits my lifestyle. I feel like the products she has recommended really work with my hair. If I was unsatisfied I am certain that Mona would do whatever she could to make things right. She listens to what I am saying, offers good suggestions and never takes artistic license.
