Dec 31, 2012 - I have been getting my hair done by Luann since I was a teenager, over ten years now. Luann is so passionate about hair. She is always taking new classes and learning new techniques. She takes the time to find out how you like to wear your hair, how much effort you put into styling it everyday and she asks what style you are looking for. She sits down with you and explains what will and won't work for your hair type and guides you to a style that will work for your hair as well as one that fits your life. After so many years of going to Luann she is the only stylist I trust enough to sit in the chair and give her free reign on my hair. Whether I am in a long hair phase or shorter style phase Luann knows what to do. If my hair is longer (shoulders to mid back) then I embrace my curls and Luann knows how to cut it to get great definition and style. However I also like to straighten it and so the style she gives me is versatile and works curly or straightened. When I go with a shorter style, often chin length or shorter) Luann is amazing at showing me how to style it. She doesn't just want you to look great the day you leave the salon, she wants to make sure you can achieve the look everyday. I have also had Luann do my hair for my prom, my sister's wedding as well as my wedding. She is great with formal looks as well. Anyone with curly hair knows that it can be hard to manage and a challenge to maintain a style all day. Luann will give you a great look that will last the entire day with no fuss!
