Jul 28, 2012 - I've been looking for a natural salon forever, and i guess i'll continue to look for one that can do MY ethnic hair. She wasn't horrible. I went in for a consultation but i feel like she wasn't to sure what to do with my 4a/b textured hair. She asked me if i had any questions and didn't really take time to look at my hair. I have problems with split ends and single strand knots. She kept telling me a lot of things i already knew about my hair, and what it is to be natural because i've done lots of research. Im looking for someone to cut my dead ends, not cut it into a style. If i had the luxury of spending $60 on a hair cut i may not like or care for, then i would get it but this salon may be on hold for a while for me. I am very cautious of hair stylist with my course/kinky hair. She recommended hair products to me that were more expensive than the ones i already buy so, i left kinda dissapointed that i wasn't 30 minutes, but hey its better than wasting $60. I think this salon is more for people with 3C hair & down.
