Jul 03, 2013 - Genevieve has been taming my mane for a little over a year now and I'm finally getting around to telling the curly world how amazing she is. I am a 3b and she cuts my hair dry. When I first visited her my hair was in a sorry state. She knew I wanted to keep my length, so she worked with me to slowly get rid of all the old damage without a traumatic major chop off. We are now to the point where we're just maintaining health and keeping symmetry (which is hard - she remarked last time that I have two completely different hair cuts on either side of my head) and my hair looks better than it ever has. She's always willing to offer tips for styling and maintenance and she even helped me figure out how I can wear a cute side braid, even though shrinkage makes my hair about half it's actual length. I'm not sure if she has to do something to correct it, but the salon actually moved from the Girard location. She is now at 3538 S. Pennsylvania St. Englewood, CO 80113 which is closer to the hospital.
