Mar 23, 2011 - 03/12/11 Joy practices the Devachan curly girl method; she cuts hair while it is dry, and consults with each new client so the haircut meets the curly girl’s specific hair needs. She expertly and diligently cut every strand of my fine curly hair into a flattering look. The haircut and service impressed me, Joy spent over an hour cutting and styling my hair. I will be returning to the salon for another haircut and hair color. Scorpiocurls
