Oct 03, 2011 - Jen Cortez has very poor customer service skills. Jen is very accusatory and does not take responsibility. She is lacking in many areas such as listening, showing empathy, using offensive terminology, and more. For more information, Google CitySearch and read the review there. I would not support her business due to her lack of customer service skills. In addition to her poor customer service skills, she did not seek to save our business relationship. I do not recommend salons who give poor customer service. There are so many other salons to choose from.
