Mar 10, 2012 - My hair has always been coarse and curly, a terrible combination (thanks mom... heehee). After changing stylists and salons after finding no one who could handle my curls and not groan when I walked in, I went to Rudy and Kelly. I had flat ironed my hair for 6 years so that it would be soft and not kinky, but it was so bad for my hair. I hated my hair all my life and Courtney and Kathy just changed my mind, introducing me to the Deva cut and products. Now I "embrace my curls." I've had so many compliments from others, which is nice but I myself love my hair now. I finally found two stylists who love curls, aren't terrified of doing my hair, and have learned the newest miracle for curly hair. Both women are wonderful with curls and take their time when working with you. I just went to Courtney for the first time because I had waited for an opening with either stylist, and I have to say I love her as much as the cut & products. She is so sweet and giving and stayed late to finish my hair, never rushing and telling me not to worry, that she will stay late to make a customer love their hair. She is a generous, kind person and is wonderful with clients of all ages. I am truly impressed with she and Cathy. I would send any curly, kindred spirits to these two lovely ladies!
