Jul 06, 2009 - Delva is one of the greatest stylists to see if you have any type of curly hair. She gives an amazing cut, great advice, and has lots of curly clients. She also teaches seminars on how to do the perfect curly cut! She's the only person that has ever been able to style my hair in the salon. I'll miss going to her now that I moved to FL.
