Aug 30, 2011 - I finally decided it was time to get my curly hair out of a hair clip. I have worn my hair twisted up in a clip for about 5 years now. After the kiddos were born, I no longer had the time to straighten my hair, so I just clipped it up. I found Danna's reviews on this site and decided to give this a shot. I went in with long frizzy hair and told her I wanted two things.. 1. It MUST be left long enough to put in my clip on those bad hair days and (2.) I would love to be able to wear my hair down without it looking like I have been swallowed by a frizz monster! She went right to work with her scissors. She cut it dry and I could already tell it was shaping up. Then she washed it and told me exactly what to do and what not to do. Then she dried it. My hair has never looked like that before. It was actually in ringlets. I was amazed. I bought the conditioner and the styling product to try my best to recreate the do! It has been about two weeks and I love the hair cut. My hair lays in ringlets and is so easy to deal with now. I wash it every other day with conditioner, like she said, and I just get up in the morning and fluff a little. If it is really frizzy I mist spots with water to get the frizz out. I can wash and dry may hair in 10 minutes and be out the door. The cut is really great and I will go back. I love the conditioner and will continue to use it. Not crazy about the styling cream. I have gone back to my mousse and it does just fine. Anything other than mousse tends to make my hair feel sticky. It is hard to get out of the habit of putting your hair up, but I have only used my hairclip twice and even with it twisted up, it still looks better that the poof of frizz on the top of my head!!! Thanks Danna. Best haircut ever!
