Oct 27, 2012 - I had my first haircut and lesson with Kelly on Oct. 25th. She taught me so much about my hair. I had read the Curly Girl Handbook a few months ago so I thought I knew what I was doing as far as using the products go, but I was wrong. When Kelly used the products she walked me through every step and didn't move on until I understood what was happening. She is a great teacher, patient and funny. For the first time in my life, I felt comfortable in a salon. I have gone my whole life not knowing how to care for my curly hair and Kelly changed that in one day! If you have a young daughter with curly hair you should really consider taking her to Kelly. Don't let her grow up hating her hair!
