Nov 22, 2010 - Franklin R. excels at his profession. He truly hears my requests and exceeds my expectations each time I visit. I am so glad that he joined Helmet this year. I trust his expertise and highly recommend other curlies to visit him at the East Atlanta location. Yesterday, Franklin highlighted my curls and added red, which makes me feel super sexy. And since I had a date following my appointment, Franklin dried my hair (I usually choose to airdry) using the pixie method, which created bouncy, chunky curls. He's personable and professional and knows how to handle my 3a/b curls. I am so grateful that I found him!
