Elucence Moisture Balancing Conditioner

Jan 13, 2010 - wow! After all the positive reviews, I really was looking forward to trying this conditioner, however it left my hair a tangled mess, i was afraid i would not have hair by the time i finished combing the conditioner through my wet hair. i have 3b/4a hair type. my hair was soft after it dried, and the smell was pleasant (that's why two curls) I think the protein ingredient is the reason for my tangles. For at the fear of being bald, i don't think i'll be repurchasing.

DevaCurl DevaCare No-Poo

Jun 07, 2009 - my curl type 3b/c. i had no problem with the no-poo concept, i've been using a conditioner for shampooing for quite some time. i have used several other Deva products and have had positive hair results. however the no-poo product left tangles in my hair, no shine, no bounce, and my hair began frizzing more and more during the day. (not a good look) think i'll stick to using "one condition", "arc angell" and "set it free" all by deva. no more... "no poo"....... rated one curl a/c it smells nice.

The Loft Hair Studio - Sherman Oaks, California, United States
Stylist:
Leo

Dec 29, 2010 - Leo is phenomenal! She has curly hair, and certainly knows how to cut and care for curls. Today was my second visit, my last visit resulted in a great dry cut, (my haircut still rocks) and a color that matched my previous color.........today the gurl out did herself! I did want a little darker brown and color is so rich looking, I can't stop looking in the mirror, plus my cut is still really cute, my hair is about shoulder length, (between a 3b &3c hair type, I'm African American) and she cut it in long layers about two months ago.........I know I'm pushing it, but it still looks so good, I just didn't want to get it cut today........ok, back to Leo.... She is lovely, not too talkative, (that's cool with me, cause I'd rather have her concentrate on my hair :). I guess I would describe her as "Easy as Sunday Morning" no drama, dedicated to her trade. Her hair coloring, and cutting are both fantastic. She listens and recommends ways for you to take care of your hair. She is certified in the Deva cutting technique and she also worked with Chaz Dean, the creator of the Wen products. She uses both Deva and Wen products....... she does not force feed you with either product. All in all it's been a great experience each time I've gone to Leo, she is professional, doesn't keep you waiting, takes her time listening and gives you.... a better looking you............glorious curls o btw her hair is fabulous!

Salon Goo - Los Angeles, California, United States
Stylist:
Molly

Dec 09, 2009 - Molly does an awesome cut! She was trained at Vidal Sassoon. She does cut hair wet, however I'm telling you this girl is the balm. I am African American, with either a 3c or 4a curl. I left the salon feeling hot and camera ready. Molly is both down to earth and a good listener. I've had my hair cut there three times, and she always does a good job. The salon is friendly and warm. I did bring my own styling product and she had no problem with using it. Check it out, you don't have to be fearful and you will look good.
