May 16, 2011 - DON'T COUNT ON YOUR APPOINTMENT ACTUALLY HAPPENING!! Theresa has been cutting my daughter’s and my curly hair for the past few years. I had an appointment a few weeks ago on a Saturday afternoon to have my hair colored as the gray was getting out of control. About an hour and a half before my scheduled time, the receptionist called to tell me she was cancelling my appointment. When I asked her why, she said that Theresa was running late and that “it just wasn’t going to happen”. I can't believe that I spent $95 per haircut at a salon that is so unprofessional and treats their clients that way. There are other salons in the area who have staff trained in the DevaCurl method and I would be surprised if they had the same "attitude". This was a really poor business decision for Theresa. BEWARE!
