Aug 08, 2013 - After reading all of the glowing reviews about Theresa, I decided to treat myself to what I expected to be an expensive cut and color. I took 1/2 day off from work & made sure that I showed up for my appointment about 15 minutes before my appointment since I didn't know if I would need to provide any info. in advance. I sat and waited. 5 minutes after the time of my appointment, I asked the woman at the desk if the stylist who I had an appointment was there, she said yes and that Theresa was finishing with a client. I continued to wait. The person who I soon discovered was Theresa, called the woman at the desk over to feel her client's hair because she had used OI shampoo on her hair. Meanwhile, she was flat ironing her clients hair but would stop to talk and tell her the difference in straightening products, formaldehyde free vs those with formaldehyde. 20 minutes after my appointment time, it was clear that she was in no hurry to get to me. I left and won't go back. Her time is valuable which is why I respected her time and arrived early, My time is valuable too and I felt disrespected.
