SheaMoisture Coconut & Hibiscus Curling Gel Souffle

May 08, 2014 - I've been using this with the matching shampoo and Conditioner, leaving in some condish as normal. I dip four fingers in once, rub it around in my palms, and apply. Surprisingly good hold. It separates my curls into smaller clumps. As a girl with thick hair that's used to using a whole fistful of gel, his was surprisingly refreshing to use just a bit, and the hold didn't just dissolve in my hair like other gels but can be scrunched out still. Good product! And I bought it at for only $5.

L.A. Looks Nutra Curl Moisturizing Gel, Mega Hold

May 06, 2014 - Great gel for the price. Works almost exactly the same as the sports gel but with a bit less hold & no protein. It feels more moisturizing than the sports though..... helps tame frizz. The bottle I just got is a new reformulation (it has a new label too.)

SheaMoisture Coconut & Hibiscus Curl & Shine Conditioner

Jan 27, 2014 - This is my favorite conditioner. I pair it with the curl and shine shampoo, they smell lovely. It is a bit thinner than the restorative conditioner (gold label) and I find it obviously isn't quite as moisturizing, so I am jut using a tad less shampoo. Works great, not too heavy. This one also does not say that it can be used as a leave in like the good one does, but you probably can. I don't leave in conditioner anymore so I haven't tried it in this way.

Asheville Hair Design - Asheville, North Carolina, United States
Tricia Zinke

Mar 05, 2014 - Great first experience for a Devacut. Tricia really took her time and taught me the styling tips step by step and recommended which Devacurl products to use. She listened to me and erred on the side of more length than less. The salon sells the whole line of products and tools as well. $65-$75 dollars for the cut.
