Mar 21, 2011 - The first time I contacted AJ Salon was five months ago, via e-mail. I received a response promptly the next business day. I was able to get an appointment within a few days following my call. I chose this salon based upon the comments made in the reviews. I have a toddler and an infant. I needed a salon that didn't mind having little ones around who were not getting serviced- as well as one that addressed my hair needs. I was given accurate directions to the salon. I showed Marlene some pictures of how I wanted my 4a hair to be cut. She gave me what I wanted. No products or other services were pushed. It has been five months since I've had a hair cut and it still looks great. I look forward to seeing Marlene and Jose (a lovely couple) soon.
