Jessicurl Too Shea! Extra Moisturizing Conditioner

Dec 27, 2009 - This is a GREAT deep conditioner, as long as you rinse it out completely. Too greasy to leave in. I'm giving it 3 curls because the faint lavender smell (what I was hoping for) fades within minutes, leaving behind only a heavy, greasy, jerry-curl smell. Blegh. At this level of price and performance, I would expect the smell to be more luxurious.

Curly Q's Curly Q Custard

Dec 03, 2009 - Heavenly scent. Mediocre conditioner or styling product. I had no slip or hold and was too heavy for 3B caucasian hair. I used this after the coconut dream conditioner, which seemed like the same product, only with better slip and lower price. I would recommend trying that as a more cost-effective leave-in. The oils in this product would probably be great on thicker, kinkier hair, though, hence my 3 rating.

Curly Q's Coconut Dream Moisturizing Conditioner

Dec 03, 2009 - This conditioner is heaven in a bottle!!! I use it as a conditioner wash on my adult 3B curls AND as a body wash. It is mild, creamy, distributes evenly, smells like a vanilla milkshake (heavenly), and cleanses the scalp better than any other conditioner I've ever used! The only downside-- I usually leave my conditioner in after I've washed, but this has a little to much oil, so the curls turn to waves and get stringy on the second day. Still will probably become my staple co-wash.
