Aubrey Organics White Camellia Conditioner

Nov 09, 2011 - Strangely, this conditioner did not really do anything for my curls. Pros: - I found out I have hair that needs some protein. - Kind of moisturizes in rainy weather - but honestly not really. Cons: - Did not define curls/waves - It's too heavy for my hair and weighs it down - makes it so flat my waves practically disappear - Not very moisturizing. I would do overnight DT or 15 min DT before going to the shower - it didn't help. My hair still had lots of frizz. You could barely tell the difference before and after. I tried giving it to my sister, who has straight hair..in the beginning she liked it because it weighed down her hair (my sister tends to have sections of her hair that stick out cuz of too many layers). However later on she complained it left her hair w/ white streaks when she got out of the shower. Yuck xP I would only recommend this conditioner for those who are protein sensitive/have really really really really dry/damaged hair.

SheaMoisture Coconut & Hibiscus Hold & Shine Moisture Mist

Oct 08, 2011 - Honestly, this didn't really do anything for my hair. It doesn't provide that much hold regardless of whether I tie my hair or not, and does not really help reduce frizz/increase shine. It only helps slightly on my hairline, and that's when I smooth it down with my hands. I would not be buying this again. Get the milk instead.

SheaMoisture Coconut & Hibiscus Curl & Style Milk

Oct 08, 2011 - Fantastic stuff! W/out this product my 2c/3a curls are frizzy and poofy. After I shower I wait until my hair is damp, not super wet, then scrunch it in my hair. You don't need too much - I have shoulder length hair and I use about a nickel's worth for one side of my hair, then squirt another nickel-sized worth of the milk and scrunch it on my other side. It gives me nice moisturized curls and waves! Then I get very little and pat it on my hairline to prevent frizziness. I can given apply it straight down my hair like a straightener if I want a more wavy look - yes, waves STILL come out! :DD I would recommend wavy haired girls to also give this a try. Now to try the smoothie in this line..
