Oct 26, 2012 - I was so nervous about cutting hair short, because it had been long all of my life. But I was looking for a change, and through a lot of research I found Rudy and Kelly Salon in Chesapeake, specficially Kathy, who is Deva Certified. I am 3C curly and my hair was cut from BSL (Bra Strap Length) to an angled curly bob. I LOOOOOVE my hair cut and my curls! Thanks so much Kathy. ~~Janeen J.
