Nov 11, 2008 - Gerri DOES use Lorraine Massey's haircutting techniques and the haircut looks good, but she always double-booked me with other clients. She'd spend 15 minutes cutting my hair, then wash it and stick me under a bonnet hairdryer to go cut someone else's hair. The final straw was when she left me in the middle of a haircut to work on someone else's hair color process. Then, when I told her I didn't have time to sit under the bonnet dryer, she handed the hairdryer to me to dry it myself while she went to do the next step on the other woman's hair color! No way am I paying $60 for that kind of service. I won't be going back.
