Apr 05, 2011 - The best salon hands down. I have been almost everywhere in Manhattan and these stylists know how to do curls! The products are superior and not only do they hold but frizz is nowhere to be found in my curls. I have been going for 12 years and think every curly head should experience Ouidad and her team of miracle workers!
