Jan 16, 2009 - I found Debbie about a year ago. She is Devachan trained, has curly hair and cuts dry. Every haircut with her gets better and better. She really knows curly hair. I have recommended 2 people to her and they continue to go back. It saves me tons of time and money not having to go to Manhattan for Devachan. Debbie is great. Definitely go if you are in the Rockland or New Jersey area.
