Pantene Pro-V Truly Natural Deep Conditioner

Mar 28, 2014 - Not sure as a "deep conditioner". It provides great slip and it does moisturize the hair initially. But as you are styling your hair, my hair begins to feel hard...like I have no conditioner on it. To be honest, I didn't let it sit for 20-30 minutes nor did I apply heat but I feel that it should have lasted longer on the hair. Once my hair air-dried while using the Pantene Curling Custard, it was dry, hard, and flaky. So since I didn't let it set for 20-30 minutes, I'll rate it in the middle.

Pantene Pro-V Truly Natural Shine Serum with Argan Oil

Mar 28, 2014 - Did nothing form my 4c frizz! However, the serum was soft to the touch and did provide some shine and definitely not greasy! The actual pump application is not designed well for user. If you are actually in the process of styling your hair, your hands are wet and the bottle size and pump makes dispensing the oil difficult. This is my biggest flaw with the product. I have not found any serum that claim to control frizz to work.

Pantene Pro-V Truly Natural Defining Curls Styling Custard

Mar 28, 2014 - As a curl custard, it did absolutely nothing for my 4c hair. I thought since the color/texture was not too milky and dense that it would at least define my curls that would last more than a couple of hours. Unfortunately, the curls were hit or miss, after about 4 hours into my workday, my hair reverted to the afro look. I only used Pantene Products for the twist out look I was trying to achieve. I also had so many flakes in my hair that I had to wash it out that afternoon when I got home. I thought it was from applying too much product so I tried it again and same results. It didn't do anything to define my curls without actually installing twists and the hardness of my hair and flakes was a "no-no" for me.
