There were many complaints by the employees about not getting paid and cheques bouncing, so I'm not surprised that the Gerrard Street salon is now closed. Generally Christos can do hair well, but he is never on time for appointments. I've waited sometimes 2 hours for him to show up for an appointment. That time I ended up being the last person in the salon after being there for over 5 hours. I had the same experience as one of the other reviewers when it comes to "trimming". He asked to trim my hair and the next thing I know I went from having long hair to short hair. The next appointment (2 weeks later), he asked again if I was trimming my hair. I think he just wanted the extra cost of a trim because there was definitely no need to "trim" again after just cutting it a couple of weeks before. Does anyone know of a good salon in Toronto for relaxed hair? I need to find a salon that can relax hair well (without overprocessing) and cares about hair health. Any place other than Jazma's and Azan's. Thanks.
