Mar 08, 2008 - It is very difficult to find someone who specializes in unruly curls, someone who understands that one inch is really three inches, and copper is orange over time. I have been seeing Joanna for 3 years, and have NEVER been disappointed. I will give you that it is a bit pricey, but no more than other fine Bethesda Salons. I have done the research. if you tell Joanna to cut 5 inches she will. If you tell her just a little trim that is what you will get. She listens to her clients in order to meet their wishes. She is very detail oriented and does a perfect job with highlights. I would very highly recommend!
