Mar 05, 2009 - Pleasant person but I had a truly AWFUL experience - my hair was burned through bleaching/overprocessing (stuff left on too long), the cut made no sense and wasn't what I'd asked for, and my bangs were cut far too short so that of course when their curls dried, it practically looked like I had been shaved above my forehead. I will never go there again.
