Blended Beauty Kick for Curls Aloe Juice Spritz

Apr 26, 2010 - I think how you apply this product is important. I have very fine extremely curly hair. This isn't something that should be used as a conditioner or detangler. It is perfect as a final finishing touch for your style. I use about 1 - 2 T on the top of my head and around my face to stop frizz in the mornings. In the evenings if I need to revive my style I use this to bring back any curls that are not behaving. It's a great product and one bottle has lasted almost 5 months because I just need a little bit.

Aubrey Organics Organic Jojoba Oil

Apr 26, 2010 - Although this product was supposed to add moisture, it didn’t sink into my very fine but extremely curly hair. Instead it just rested on the top of my hair and made my hair feel very greasy (I used less than 1 teaspoon for my entire shoulder length hair). Maybe if a person’s hair was more porous this would work better? I am going to try it as a deep conditioning treatment instead.

Aubrey Organics Honeysuckle Rose Conditioner

Apr 26, 2010 - This is a great conditioner. I have very fine but extremely curly hair, so I need a lot of moisture but not something that is going to weigh down my hair and make it really flat. In comparison to the Island Naturals Conditioner that just weighted down my hair, this one smells great, detangles and I am having a great hair day.

Ron

Jul 23, 2014 -

Ron is great.  He himself has curly hair, so he understand the challenges.  He is a trained Deva stylist and has been to many of their classes.  He really took the time to understand what I wanted BEFORE cutting my hair.  Because of a bad experience with a previous hairstylist, he had to cut it really short, but he explained the process and then I will come back again in 4 months to have the final vision realized.  I am very pleased.

I really wanted to like Cindy.  She has so many good reviews on this website.  I went to her 4 times over the course of a year and everytime I left dissapointed. I don't think she listened to what I wanted, which means she is great for a certain type of hair, but not for mine.

Estilo Valdez - Austin, Texas, United States
Stylist:
Laura

Feb 02, 2011 - I am always very nervous when finding a new hair stylist. Laura did a great job. She first cut my hair dry, and then went back through and made the ends even while it was wet. It's the first time in years, that my hair was styled after a cut and I didn't have to go home and redo my hair. I am very pleased with my cut and I am planning to go back. Plus this is the first Salon to follow up after my haircut with a personal call to make sure I was happy with it. That was a really nice plus and made me feel like they cared about my business.
