Scott Musgrave Hair - Cary, North Carolina, United States
Stylist:
Scott Musgrave

May 10, 2014 - Scott is really nice and he does really great haircuts. He's been cutting hair dry since before DevaCuts were a thing. We got to chatting and I also learning that he's the head of a group of curly stylists, so you're definitely dealing with an expert here. I will say that at the beginning of my cut I said I wanted "short layers" and I only got long layers. I could have been more adamant about wanting more layers, but hey, I did mention it at the beginning. Also Scott's cuts cost about $100. But overall it was a great experience and the cut was great! I definitely recommend him.

South Mane - Cornelius, North Carolina, United States
Stylist:
April

Sep 06, 2011 - I got another cut from April a few months ago, and it was once again great! She gave me a lot of short layers for volume and cut cute curly side bangs into my hair. She is super nice too. :) If you want to set up an appointment she has moved from this salon to a private place in Cornelius however. The best way is to use her website: http://www.aprilcouse.com/

Jan 11, 2011 - April gave me a great devacut for $60 total. She cut my hair dry and cut every single curl. My hair has a lot more movement and I love the layers. It's probably my favorite haircut ever. She used devacurl products to wash my hair, but then she switched to something else to style my hair. And she was adamant about using hairspray to finish my hair, even when I asked for no hairspray. So I will definitely be going back, but with my own products. My only other complaint is that she cut off a lot of hair, when I asked for a trim; next time I will specify that I only want 1/2 inch cut off. Overall, she's a great stylist and I definitely recommend her if you're in this area.
