Sep 06, 2011 - I got another cut from April a few months ago, and it was once again great! She gave me a lot of short layers for volume and cut cute curly side bangs into my hair. Jan 11, 2011 - April gave me a great devacut for $60 total. She cut my hair dry and cut every single curl. My hair has a lot more movement and I love the layers. It's probably my favorite haircut ever. She used devacurl products to wash my hair, but then she switched to something else to style my hair. And she was adamant about using hairspray to finish my hair, even when I asked for no hairspray. So I will definitely be going back, but with my own products. My only other complaint is that she cut off a lot of hair, when I asked for a trim; next time I will specify that I only want 1/2 inch cut off. Overall, she's a great stylist and I definitely recommend her if you're in this area.

Feb 11, 2009 - I also sought out this person after reading the reviews here. She did a great job cutting my 3a/b hair! She told me she has curly hair, but blows it out in the winter because her head gets cold in the morning. I was set on getting a bunch of layers, but she managed to dissuade me, which I realize was a lot better, since my hair would have been HUGE with that many layers. She has a looser curl, but obviously knows about other types too. She cut 2-3 inches off my hair, getting rid of the weight, but also keeping most of the length. :) I will definitely be getting my hair cut by her in the future. Two thumbs up. ~:D
