Jul 03, 2010 - Hey, I read the last comment about Mimi, and I'm really SURPRISED by your grievance. I've used Mimi on several occasions and I've had AMAZING experiences with her and the salon. I have been consistently MORE THAN PLEASED with my curly cuts and my hair has ALWAYS remained hydrated and freeze-free from the hair products that Mimi uses when she does my hair. I'm sorry that you had a bad encounter but based on my personal experience, I have to think your case is an isolated incident and you should really talk with the salon and try again. I have seen how this salon focuses on customer service.
