The rumor mill has yet again reared its nasty head, and this time, it hits close to the natural hair community. According to In Touch magazine, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith have decided to end their 13-year marriage!
Considered Hollywood’s power family, the couple has two children, Jaden and Willow Smith, both who have careers of their own. NaturallyCurly.com has revered the family for consistently rocking their celebrity curls, even in a Hollywood atmosphere that doesn’t always deem them acceptable.
Not to mention Willow’s hit song, “I Whip My Hair,” which states, “Hop up out of bed, turn my swag on, pay no attention to them haters ‘cause we whip ‘em off, and we ain’t doing nothing wrong,” and features her whipping her dreadlocks back and forth.
For the natural hair community, the Smith’s are the perfect family, or were. We’re just hoping these rumors turn out to be false. But, where there’s smoke, there’s fire, right?
