On May 14, Christo of NYC’s Christo of Fifth Avenue will host “Awaken the Beauty Within,” an event to raise money for Iris House — a non-profit organization that provides services for women with HIV and AIDS. The event will be held from 1-8 p.m. at Christo Fifth Avenue, 574 Fifth Avenue, 5th Floor.
For a minimum $50 donation, you’ll receive free hair and makeup touchups as well as a goodie bag of over $80 worth of Curlisto products. The event also will include a silent auction.
Iris House is the nation’s first organization to address the unique needs of women infected and affected by HIV/AIDS. It provides case management to nearly 400 clients and 175 children, serving over 1,000 nutritious meals each month and distributes over 16,000 condoms packages through its outreach programs. All donations are tax deductible.
