Alexandra Román: My name is Alexandra Román. I’m 26 years old and from Santiago de Chile. I studied to be a beautician and cosmetologist.
NC: How and when did you start embracing your curls?
AR: I started to love my curls when I finally understood how unique they were! All the girls my age wanted straight hair, so I stood out with my curls. I loved it!
NC: What’s your current routine?
AR: I wash my hair every day—I know that most curly girls don’t, but my curly hair is rebellious and I need to sort it!
NC: From start to finish, on a curly day, what’s your process?
AR: I start with a moisturizing shampoo and then apply a conditioner (I like Dove Damage Therapy“> and rinse. Finally, I apply L’Oreal Elvive Extraordinary Oil and diffuse.
