When you’re a certified Product Junkie, you continue trying new products and brands long after you’ve found your Holy Grail. So Evelyn was curious to try this brand new brand, Coco Amo! She has been using their Love Leave-In Conditioner on her blue coils and awarded it four out of five afro puffs on the official Evelyn Afro Puff Scale.

If you follow the Curly Girl Method, then you’ll have to give this product a miss. It does contain dimethicone on the ingredients list, but for those who don’t mind cones (like Evelyn”> you may still enjoy this product.
The first ingredient on the ingredients list is water, so it is a moisturizing product. And it also contains proteins so if your hair is color-treated like Evelyn’s, then you can use this product to prevent, in Evelyn’s words, “snap crackle and popping.”
What she loved
The slip! Evelyn loved the amount of slip this had on her color-treated coils. This product didn’t manage to bump her favorite leave-in, Kinky Curly Knot Today, from its reign on the throne, but if you’re looking for a new leave-in to satisfy your Product Junkie cravings this will do the trick.
