For Lisa Price, the kitchen has always been a source of inspiration. As the founder and president of Carol’s Daughter, Price has been mixing up her own homemade beauty recipes for nearly 20 years, having started her beauty business with $100 and a homemade lotion recipe in her Brooklyn kitchen.
The Carol’s Daughter line, which now features over 300 products, is still made by hand with natural ingredients. Price can be found creating new recipes in the kitchen — this time in a large New York City office.
