Mama, you make Zumba sound like fun. I've seen an infomercial for Zumba DVDs and they never appealed to me. I wonder if the fun factor has as much to do with the class environment as the workout itself???

This morning was C25K W4 D2. I also did 38 push-ups (NO, NOT all at once LOL). I had my eurkea moment and finally found my form on push-ups again. I had gotten away from doing them for a bit and would start to feel it in my lower back. The key is pushing a bit of weight back into my toes. It really helps take stress off the lower back and concentrate the work into the chest.
