OK, so after saying I was going to try this about six months ago, I finally got around to getting the ingredients and making it today.

It's really runny (practically liquid) so not sure if I just didn't cook it long enough or I'm just used to commercial gel. It was gloopy and egg whitey in the pan and whilst straining but then seemed to thin out after straining. It's still slightly warm so might thicken up some.

Will list my ingredients and give a proper verdict once I've had actually used it in my hair! I won't be too worried if it's a bit rubbish though - it's my first try after all!
