Lunch: Sausage Pattie

Afternoon snack: 15 peanuts

Dinner: Porkchop, 3 teaspoons peas (they tasted sweet so wasn't for sure if I should have them) 1 cup of brussel sprouts, 1/2 string beans
Dessert: Sugar free fudge bar

Around 8 had about 1/2 cup of cottage cheese

Lots of water.
