I have been on SBD (mostly) for about 7 months. I have lost ~35 pounds, and just feel much better in general, especially when I am good and don't stray too far from the beach.

One snack you can have on phase I that I loved was lettuce wraps with cilantro mayonaisse. Basically, I took a huge dark green lettuce leaf (romaine) and wrapped 1-2 slices of lunchmeat in it, with some red bell pepper slices, some onion, and some of the cilantro mayo from the book (exact recipe can be found in the book).

I have found this support forum (link below) on prevention.com to be a godsend in terms of information and help. You should pop in and see us there when you can.
