Coconut oil is actually healthy for your health as well. I usually put a spoon full in my hot chocolate or coffee. It has many benefits such as helping weight loss, your metabolism,antibacterial..and many more. I also put a little bit under my eyes when I go to sleep it suppsed to prevent wrinkles.
