Tuesday = 1 hour cardio with 5 minutes of HIIT
Yesterday = 40 mins cardio including the Windjammer (who knew that pretending to put up a sail would be so hard?)
Today = undecided.
My clothes are feeling a little less tight though!!
Fat does not make you fat. It's actually pretty important.
