I've been slacking off on posting here too. I have been gyming it 2-3 times a week though, although my walks have suffered.
Monday: 1 hr weights and cardio, increased some because it was starting to get easy.
About 2 hrs salsa as well

Today: nothing :S but will get back into it tomorrow.
