A few months ago, I woke up hungry (a rarity for me) and decided to cook breakfast. I had frozen precooked potatoes, some breakfast sausage, milk, flour, some onion, and cheese. I turned it into a really good breakfast casserole. Now I make it all the time, and I've added cheese, red pepper flakes, or had it with eggs or biscuits. It's one of my family's favorite meals.
