Do you PT? If so how often? no, but I use conditioners with proteins
How long? 10 mintutes, 1 hour, etc.
Favorite products that contain protein? Mop Top Deep conditioner, Abba Pure Gentle conditioner, Onesta Moisture Balancing Conditioner
Proteins your hair likes? it doesn't like soy protein or too much collagen and keratin. Protein should not be high on the ingredients list

Moisture section:
Do you DT? If so, how often? Every 3-4 cowashes
How long? 10 minutes tops
DT with heat or steam? in the shower

Do you avoid humectants?
no, unless glycerine is very high up on the list in the winter. Dries my hair up.
