Hi all, I decided to mix the recipe up a bit.
I mixed the gelatin with chamomile tea instead of plain water, added a little honey and a spoonful of (thick, 2% fat) yogurt.
The results were silky, silky soft, shiny, lots of body and I like it a lot!
I need to play around with amounts, but yogurt is an excellent add-in to this PT. I don't think the milk protein are small enough to do the job. It's the sugars which are fermented by the bacteria. But the bacterial proteins may be fragmented enough to do some good...
The acids and fats are probably the "active" ingredients.
