Have you ever heard of the curly girl method? Because you could be shampooing your hair too often with sulfates which are really bad for curly hair.
I hate too say this but, if you're hair is to far gone it's possible you might have to cut it off.
But hopefully that's not the case! So try a couple of protein treatments depending on your hairs texture, if it's coarse you might not need to many, if it's fine you most definitly will!
