I just got my curl analysis and we're the same in texture/porosity/elasticity. I'm not a 3b, but my hair probably has the same needs as yours. I was told to avoid heavy emollients. Do you do that/have a problem with those?? Also, is your density high/med/low?? Where do you get your RO?? That's one I haven't heard of and how often do you low-poo??

A lot of people do that to save time. From what I have read, "smaller" proteins work better than larger ones for a lot of people (hydrolyzed kind in products vs using eggs, yogurt, etc).

Though I don't use it mixed with conditioner, this one would work well for this purpose - it's strong, but liquid so it blends easily with anything: Colorful Neutral Protein Filler.
