Alright, I ended up thawing some frozen pesto sauce and put that on spaghetti noodles and threw in some chopped up tomatoes and fresh mozzarella. Broccolini on the side.
Spring, if you guys are pesto fans, you really need to try this stuff. It's my favorite store-bought pesto, heavy on the garlic and so delicious. And it's locally made so you can only get it at a handful of places.
